Using a mobile phone for more than four hours a day may affect sexual health

When the partner wants to be intimate, the sudden ringing of the mobile phone ringtone will "sharp the scenery". According to the British "Daily Mail" report, a new study found that long-term use and carrying mobile phones may also cause erectile dysfunction in men.

In the study, scientists learned about 20 men who had sexual dysfunction within six months (group A) and 10 healthy men (group B). Each participant accepted the "Male Sexual Health Survey" and then used the "International Erectile Function Index" for evaluation. It was found that there was no significant difference in age, weight, and smoking habits among these people. But what is surprising is that people with erectile dysfunction take their phones in their hands or in their pants pockets for much longer than the healthy men-the the former is 4.4 hours a day, and the latter is only 1.8 hours.

Principal investigator Muhammad Ali said that this research shows that there is a correlation between cell phone use and erectile dysfunction, and the total length of time a cell phone is carried each day is more affected by the strong radiation than short-term calls. The research team also conducted a study on the relationship between cell phone use and infertility and found that cell phone use can also affect sperm quality, including sperm motility and morphology.
