TPE material for slushable adult products

The slush molding process is also called coating molding. It is an important method for making hollow soft products (such as adult toys) from paste plastic. The advantages of slush molding are low equipment cost, high production speed, and simple process control.

Adult toy TPE materials are generally used for injection molding or pouring. We have now developed a TPE material for adult products that can be used for slush molding.

This slush plastic adult products TPE material has the following advantages:
1) There is no glue inlet, the whole surface of TPE products is made smooth, without seams
2) Can be made into hollow TPE toys
   A. Can reduce the weight of the product
   B. Fill other materials to reduce the cost of materials. (Refer to the lock oil TPE we mentioned before)
   C. The thin wall can make irregular patterns on the surface, making the skin more realistic

The molding temperature of this slush plastic adult product TPE material is between 240-300 degrees.
